Welcome to www.alice-cakes.co.uk. The Website is owned and operated by Alice-Cakes LTD (“Alice Cakes”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute a binding agreement between you and Alice Cakes. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our Services

Alice Cakes specializes in custom cakes, candy bars, and other sweet treats for parties, corporate events, and special occasions. We accept orders via WhatsApp or email only. Orders are confirmed only upon receiving explicit confirmation from Alice Cakes; inquiries or unconfirmed orders are not considered valid.
 

Ordering Process

  • Lead Time: Orders must be placed at least 15 days in advance. For optimal service, we recommend a 30-daynotice.

  • Payment: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your order. Payment is made via card after you receive our banking details.

  • Cancellations:

    • If you cancel less than 10 days before the delivery or pickup date, the deposit is non-refundable.

    • For custom decorative elements, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
       

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery: Available at £1 per mile.

  • Pickup: From our laboratory at Rugby, CV23 9QQ, United Kingdom.

  • Once the cake leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation.


Returns, Refunds & Damages

  • Returns: We do not accept returns.

  • Damages: Any damage to the product must be reported immediately via WhatsApp, email, or phone at +44 7474 881080.


General Terms

  • No discounts are offered on any products or services.

  • Cakes are delivered in optimal condition, and responsibility for their care and storage passes to the customer upon receipt.

  • By placing an order, you agree that Alice Cakes is not liable for any mishandling or improper storage once the product is handed over.
